I rang Leon the night before a teams interview as my camera and microphone were not working on my desktop computer. He came the next morning and spent an hour... read more doing what my husband had tried and it turned out the ports were faulty (it's a very old computer). He knew I was panicking about my interview so he went home and brought me a laptop to use. He even set it up and got me on the teams appointment in time for the interview. I cannot recommend Leon enough. He went above and beyond to help me and is a lovely guy. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
